Privacy policy
This policy explains how Atlas Monograph Creative (“we”, “us”), based in Malaysia, collects and uses personal data through the Meridian website. We follow Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Free guide: your first name and email address, and which page you signed up from.
- Mapping call: your name, email, phone number, business name, niche, the path you’re interested in, what you tell us about your content, whether you’ve tried Meridian, your time zone and the time you book.
- Waitlist: your name, email and business name.
We don’t use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies on this site.
Why we use it
- To email you the Founder Story Guide you asked for.
- To book, prepare for and hold your mapping call, and to follow up about it.
- To contact you when a mapping spot opens, if you joined the waitlist.
- Occasionally, to send you related Meridian content. Every email lets you opt out.
We never sell your data or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Where it’s stored
Your details are stored in our Google Workspace account (Google Sheets and Google Calendar). Bookings create a Google Calendar invite and Google Meet link. Google processes this data on our behalf and may store it on servers outside Malaysia. The video and fonts on this site are served by our hosting provider and Google Fonts, which see standard technical data such as your IP address.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them for the purposes above, and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time. Email atlasmonographcreative@gmail.com and we’ll respond within 21 days.
